1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 404 DEEP RECORDS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To purchase or sell music on our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for updating your account information
  • You may not share your account with others

3. Purchases & Downloads

When you purchase a track from 404 DEEP RECORDS, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the track for personal listening. Commercial use licenses may be available for select tracks.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
  • Download links are valid for 30 days and limited to 5 downloads per purchase
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files
  • Purchased tracks may be used for personal DJ sets and mixes

4. Seller Terms

If you are an approved seller on our platform:

  • You retain ownership of your original works
  • You grant 404 DEEP RECORDS a non-exclusive license to distribute your music
  • You warrant that all submitted music is original and does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Revenue split is 50/50 between the artist and 404 DEEP RECORDS
  • Minimum payout threshold is $100
  • Payments are processed monthly on the 1st of each month

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains uncleared samples or unauthorized remixes
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities
  • Contains malware or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

The 404 DEEP RECORDS brand, logo, website design, and all original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

404 DEEP RECORDS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
